Global Distribution Partnership

Built For Africa.
Sourced From
The World.

Africa’s industrial demand is growing faster than traditional supply chains can serve. Heavyline bridges that gap — connecting global manufacturers directly to African operations, with the technical expertise and on-the-ground presence to make it work.

What We Bring to the Table

As your African distribution partner, we handle everything from sourcing to delivery — so you don’t have to build it yourself.

  • Active distributor presence across Zambia, DRC and Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Custom product adaptation and specification for African operating conditions
  • End-to-end logistics — from your factory gate to any African client site, mine, hospital, utility or construction project
  • Established relationships with major mining, healthcare and construction clients
  • After-sales support and scheduled supply programmes
  • UK Export Finance (UKEF) eligibility — enabling credit terms for African clients that commodity distributors cannot match
What We Need From You

A straightforward partnership framework — commercially transparent and designed to protect your brand and pricing integrity in market.

  • A named distributor or supply agreement covering African markets
  • Trade pricing with a clear, agreed margin structure
  • Technical documentation and product training support
  • Flexibility to customise products to African client specifications
  • Priority access to new product lines and stock availability
Why the Opportunity Is Now

Africa is not a future market. It is an active, capital-backed, fast-moving industrial frontier — and the window to establish distribution is open today.

  • $6.84bn committed to Zambia mining investment in 2024–25 alone
  • 3.3M tonnes DRC copper output in 2024 — up 12.6% year-on-year
  • 14-month average equipment lead times creating acute supply gaps
  • Healthcare, agriculture and construction all scaling rapidly continent-wide
  • First-mover distributors with local presence capture the long-term contracts

Rapid Network Search
Heavyline immediately activated its global supplier network across the UK, Germany and specialist industrial distributors to locate the discontinued parts. Standard market channels confirmed zero availability.
02
Engineering Drawings & Specification
Our engineering team produced full technical drawings and dimensional specifications from the failed components, providing the original manufacturer with everything needed to authorise and execute a rebuild to OEM standard.
03
OEM Rebuild Commissioned
Heavyline engaged directly with the original manufacturer to commission a purpose rebuild of the components. Manufacture was completed to full OEM specification within two weeks of engagement.
04
Delivered & Crane Reinstated
Components were delivered to site within 14 days of the initial enquiry. The crane was reinstated to full operational status, ending the production downtime and associated daily financial losses.
